For those interested in maintaining their own bike, we offer two different workshop maintenance courses with our mechanic, Michael. Please find more information on each below to find the course best suited to your needs.
If you wish to make a booking, you can do so online below, though it is always better to call or come into store to discuss. If booked online we will make contact with you to check your bike is suitable and take a deposit, please be aware we reserve the right to cancel a course booking if the bike is deemed not appropriate.

One to One
£350 for one person only
A full days in depth course for those looking to service and maintain their bike themselves.
What’s included:
- A full day, one to one service course with our mechanic Michael
- Full strip and rebuild of your own bike (Level 3 Service) worth £180 included
- Tuition on every aspect of assembly, disassembly, tuning and repair of your bike (excluding suspension)
- Tuition on fault finding, care, compatibility and upgradability of components
- 10% off all parts and tools ordered on the day
- Free bottle of chain lube
- Complimentary coffee and cake

I undertook a full day Workshop Maintenance Course, I had two of my bikes with me, and full diagnosed, stripped, cleaned, serviced and rebuilt one of the bikes on the day, whilst also referring to my other bike. Group Session
£240 for 2 to 8 people (From as little as £30 each!)
A morning or afternoon, confidence building, introductory course to bike servicing, diagnostics and repair for you and your group of up to 7 others.
What’s included:
- Each attendee’s bike will be checked over as a group, with tuition on how to spot issues, identify worn components and how to know when they need to be replaced
- A short demo on how to replace an inner tube and tyre, plus information on tubeless tyres
- Tuition and demo on how to replace regular drivetrain wear items such as chain, cassette and cables. Demo of how to adjust front and rear derailleurs
- Tuition and demo on how to replace regular brake wear items such as brake pads and cables. Demo of how to adjust your brakes
- 10% off all parts and tools ordered on the day.
