This course is specifically designed for men to optimise performance and recovery on the bike. The class addresses physiological issues that affect men, helping you build strength, flexibility, and resilience where it matters most for cycling.

Class Details

  • 60-minute cycling-specific yoga class
  • Now on Tuesdays at 7 PM in the MDV cafe
  • Open to beginners - no experience necessary

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat if you have one (spare mats available on the night)
  • Towel
  • Clothes that are easy to move in (cycling kit works perfectly)
  • Warm layer
