Class Details:
- 60-minute cycling-specific yoga class
- Starts October 3rd at 7 PM in the MDV cafe
- Open to beginners
- First class is a taster session with limited spaces available
- £12
What to Bring
- Yoga mat if you have one (spare mats available on the night)
- Towel
- Clothes that are easy to move in - (cycling kit ideal works)
- Warm layer
