Huge thanks to Richard Sterry for an amazing talk and 'how to improve everything' session at Maison du Velo, Reigate, last night. Who knew that by spending £40 and £2 respectively on two items you could improve your performance by up to 10% in just a few weeks? He covered breathing, pedal technique, planning, core, position on bike, team work... each with a pearl of wisdom to take away.
